Welcome to HiNotes! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the HiNotes web application (https://hinotes.fun), Android mobile app, and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. User Accounts & Security
You agree to provide accurate information upon registration, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately at support.hinotes@gmail.com of any suspected security breach.
2. Intellectual Property & 100% Content Ownership
You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights over all notes, task descriptions, checklists, photos, and voice recordings you upload or create in HiNotes. We claim zero ownership over your content.
3. Family Workspaces & Collaboration Conduct
HiNotes enables collaborative workspaces via 6-digit invitation codes. Items marked "Family" are visible to all current workspace members. Notes marked "Private" are strictly restricted to your account. Workspace administrators may manage memberships and permissions.
4. VIP Lifetime Ad-Free Billing
We offer an optional VIP Lifetime Ad-Free license via Google Play In-App Billing on Android. This is a one-time non-recurring purchase that permanently disables ads on your account, subject to Google Play standard refund terms.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
HiNotes is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiNotes and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from service usage.
