We collect the minimum amount of data required to provide a seamless, synchronized note-taking experience:

- User Content: Notes, task checklists, subtasks, color preferences, voice memos, and image attachments uploaded by you.
- Family Workspace Identifiers: 6-digit workspace invite codes and member permission records.
- Local Offline Storage: On Android devices, your data is stored locally in an application-sandboxed SQLite Room Database. On Web, session tokens and theme preferences reside in your browser's localStorage.

We never sell, monetize, rent, or trade your personal information, notes, checklists, voice recordings, or attachments to any third-party data brokers or marketing agencies. Your content remains 100% yours.
