At HiNotes, we believe that users must have absolute control over their personal information. If you decide to close your account, we offer instant automated self-service erasure or email-based data deletion processing.
Method 1: Instant In-App Erasure (Self-Service)
- Log in to your HiNotes account on Android or Web (
https://hinotes.fun). - Navigate to Profile & Settings → select Delete Account.
- Confirm the confirmation prompt.
Your user profile, personal notes, task checklists, and workspace associations will be permanently purged immediately from active databases.
Method 2: Email Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or lost your device, email our privacy team at support.hinotes@gmail.com with the subject "Account Data Deletion Request" from your registered account email. All records will be verified and purged within 48 to 72 hours.
